How can you contact Marina?

Where do you ship?
Everywhere! We ship our products to a majority of countries worldwide. If you live within the 2% of the world where we cannot ship to, your order will be refunded in full.
How long are your shipping times?
Once payment is approved, your order will be fulfilled within 24 to 72 hours. Shortly after, your item(s) will be shipped. Our inventory is warehoused in the U.S. Shipments can typically take up to 20 days after payment.
Once my order is placed, can I choose to cancel?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please refer to the Refund Policy Page. If it is an issue, we can address it. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
What do you do with my personal information?
Your privacy is important to us. All records are kept secret and will NEVER be sold to a third party. Furthermore, all payment and financial details are dealt with by our payment processor to ensure your privacy. We never see your banking or credit card information.
It’s been a few weeks now; where is my painting?
No worries! It’s on its way! Double-check the tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Reasons for the delay:
- Customs clearance ( + 5-7 business days )
- Remote areas ( + 3-4 business days )
- Return to sender ( customer will be contacted )
